Projado for interior designers
Projado is project management software for interior designers and design studios: projects, stages, client questionnaires, site surveys (site measures), shopping lists and mood boards in one place.
What Projado does
Projado runs a whole interior design project in one place, from the first contact with the client to the purchases on site. It is software for doing the work, not a directory of designers: the client gets a link from you and does not create an account. Projado is currently free: a studio has up to 5 active projects with no fees and no card.
Project software, not a marketplace
The first version of Projado focuses on the day-to-day organisation of interior design projects. It's a place for materials, decisions and progress.
One space for every client
You create a separate project for each commission, with stages, rooms, a mood board and a shopping list.
A better start to the collaboration
You share a link to the client questionnaire, and the answers land straight in the project's brief, helping set out the client's needs before the work continues.
Mood board and products in order
You collect photos, links, products, quantities and purchase statuses without scattering them across files.
Who makes Projado
Projado is made by Hanna Półtorak, an interior designer who had had enough of files scattered across e-mails herself, together with Krystian Klik, a developer. Hanna looks after onboarding and features, Krystian after bugs and the product clipper.
Where your data is held
The service and its database run on Hetzner Online servers in the European Union, and uploaded files and photos are kept in object storage, also in the European Union. The data jurisdiction page also names the providers we do not say keep data only in the Union, and explains how we treat requests from authorities of countries outside it. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
How support works
There are two of us, and we read every message ourselves. In the app you write to us in the support chat, and we see which screen you are on. From outside the app, use the contact form or book an online call, where we show the software on a sample project.
Designer panel
Go to your projects, or register to start working in the app.
