Software for interior design studios
When several people run projects, the question is no longer only what needs doing, but who is doing it and who can see what. In Projado, project management software for interior design studios, working as a team is the Studio plan: you invite your team to the studio, give them roles and assign people to projects.
One studio, shared projects
Projects, clients and templates live in one studio. You invite people by e-mail address. Someone who leaves the studio loses access, and their projects, tasks and entries stay.
The studio calendar shows meetings and deadlines from every project, and the activity view shows what happened recently, such as a questionnaire sent in or a client's comment.
Roles and permissions
- Owner: full access to every project and the team. Only the owner grants and removes the owner role, and only the owner can delete the studio.
- Studio administrator: manages projects and the team as the owner does, but cannot change the owner role or delete the studio.
- Team member: sees every project in the studio, changes only the ones they are assigned to, and can create new ones.
You can also allow a team member to delete the projects they are assigned to and to manage consultation availability. Only the owner or an administrator deletes a client or exports a client's data.
Who runs which project
You assign people from the studio to a project. Tasks have a person responsible, and the e-mail reminder goes to that person. In the planner you filter tasks by person.
A project template saved by one person is available to the whole studio, so new projects start the same way whoever creates them.
How Studio is switched on
A new studio is for one person. The studio's owner asks to switch to Studio in the team settings and chooses the number of people. Once we switch Studio on, you invite your team.
You can download your studio's data at any time, as a ZIP package (one part per project).
We charge nothing today
We switch Studio on when the studio's owner asks, and we'll tell you by e-mail ahead of time before any charge applies. The pricing page says more about Studio.
Questions and answers
How many people can work in a Studio?
You choose the number of people when you ask for Studio. The options are on the pricing page, together with the address to write to about a larger team.
Does a team member see every project?
Yes. A team member sees every project in the studio and its clients' details, but changes only the projects they are assigned to.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
They lose access to the studio's projects and clients. Their projects, tasks and entries stay. When you remove someone, you can generate new client links for the projects they could see.
I work on my own. Do I need Studio?
No. A studio for one person has every tool for running projects. Studio is needed only when you invite a team.
