Software for solo interior designers
When you work on your own, you are the designer, the client contact and the person chasing every order. Projado is project management software for interior designers that keeps the whole project in one place, from the client questionnaire to the shopping list.
What one account gives you
- A client questionnaire sent as a link.
- Project stages with tasks and due dates.
- A site survey (site measure): floor plans, photos and dimensions from the visit.
- An inspiration board, a mood board of photos and links assigned to rooms.
- A shopping list with PDF and Excel export.
- A client portal with revision rounds and approval.
Each tool is switched on and off per project. If a job has no site survey, you simply do not see it.
Less back-and-forth with the client
The client creates no account. They get a link to the questionnaire and a link to the portal, where they view materials, comment on them and approve them. What you agree stays in the project, not in an inbox and a chat.
You see when the client filled in the questionnaire, opened the materials and sent feedback. The Today view gathers what needs your attention across all your projects.
Several projects at once
The project list, the client roster and the calendar show all your jobs together. If your projects follow a similar shape, you save one as a template and start the next from a ready set of stages and tasks.
The limit counts active projects. A project you complete or archive frees a place, and its history stays.
Your data and help
You can download your studio's data at any time, as a ZIP package (one part per project). Your projects, briefs and materials stay yours.
A question, a bug or an idea goes to the support chat, straight from the software, with no address to look up and no need to describe which screen you are on.
When a team arrives
You invite a team on the Studio plan. Projects, clients and templates stay in the same studio.

Can I start without a card?
Yes. You create an account and have up to 5 active projects free straight away, with no card.
Do I have to use every tool?
No. Everything is optional. Tools are switched on and off in each project separately.
Can I see the software before creating an account?
Yes. The demo project opens with no account. It is a finished project you can look around.
Does Projado handle invoicing or time tracking?
No. Projado has no invoicing, no cost estimates and no time tracking. It is about running the project and working with the client.
