01

Questionnaire & mood board

You know what the client expects before you start drawing: the answers and inspiration go straight into the project.

Client questionnaire

A questionnaire sent as a link, tailored to the type of property and its rooms. Saves itself, accepts photos and attachments. The answers land in the project's brief.

Questionnaire by room

The questions follow the rooms: separately for the living room, the bedroom and each bathroom.

Mood board

A board of photos and links. Tag each one to a room. The client adds their own through the questionnaire.

02

Design process

Client comments are in one place, not in emails. You know what the client saw, what they approved and which round it is.

Revision rounds

Concepts and drawings for approval. Every round is closed, so it's clear what was approved, and when.

Client comments

The client marks comments on the drawing, each pinned to a specific spot, and sends them all back at once.

Client opened the materials

You see when the client opened the materials, and you can set a deadline for their comments.

Sign-off certificate

Once the client approves, you get a certificate you can download as a PDF, with the date, the round and the approved materials.

Round counter

You set how many revision rounds the fee includes, and the counter shows when the next one goes beyond what was agreed. The client does not see it.

Client portal

One link where the client sees only what you share with them. No account for the client.

03

On site & shopping

Measurements from the visit and the shopping list in one project, tied to rooms.

Site survey (site measure)

Dimensions, floor plans and photos from the visit, entered from your phone on site.

Rooms

Site survey, products and mood board items assigned to a specific room.

Shopping list and budget (FF&E schedule)

Products by room with price, quantity, store and status, set against the project budget. The total adds itself up. Exports to PDF and Excel.

Tool

Product clipper

Copying a name, price, photo and link from a shop page into a spreadsheet is work nobody enjoys. The clipper, a browser extension, does it for you on the shop's own page, without switching tabs.

You click on the shop page

You open a product page in an online shop and click the extension's icon. A panel with the details it read appears on the same page.

The details fill themselves in

Name, price with currency, shop, photo and link and, where the shop gives them, dimensions and variant. You can correct anything before saving.

The product lands in the project

You choose the project and the room and set the quantity. The product is on the shopping list, and when the same link is already there the clipper warns you instead of adding a duplicate.

The extension is built, but it is not yet released for installation.

Files & documents

A register of every project file (from the site survey and every stage) with versions and dates.

04

Running the work

Clients, deadlines and stages in one place, so nothing slips by when you run several projects at once.

Project stages

You choose which phases your project covers at the start: space planning, concept design, technical drawings. Every stage has its own task list and files, and you add your own stages whenever you need to.

Clients

A client roster with contact details and the history of every project.

Calendar

Meetings and project deadlines, exportable to your own calendar.

Consultations

The client books a meeting in the slots you set.

Activity & notifications

See the moment a client fills in the questionnaire or comments on a concept.

Studio

Shared projects in your studio. On the Studio plan you invite collaborators and grant them permissions.
